Roberta has been a consultant at Boyden Italy since 2009.

She started her professional path in the executive search field, first working within a major multinational group, and then by joining a prestigious boutique firm. In the course of her career, she directly managed search projects in several sectors, with a focus on new media, consumer electronics, luxury, medical devices and financial services.
 
Roberta graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Milan, and holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management & Development.  She speaks English and French.
