Renato has been a partner at Boyden Italy since 2009. Before joining Boyden, he was a founding partner of Mindoor Executive Search, a leading search firm based in Milan.

With over 15 years of experience in executive search, he has been successfully serving clients ranging from entrepreneurs to major blue-chip multinationals, in a broad range of industries. He regularly conducts international and cross-border assignments, as well as local high-level searches.

Renato has extensive recruiting experience across sectors including industrial, professional services, fashion and luxury, consumer, financial services, and healthcare.

At the onset of his career, Renato served as Consultant in a prestigious international management consulting firm, where he handled projects in the Banking and Financial Services areas. Next, he managed business development in Asia and Latin America for a major multinational cosmetic producer.

Renato began his executive search career in 1996 a as Senior Consultant for a leading international executive search firm, where he was active for five years.

Renato holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, and graduated with Honors in Business Administration at Bocconi University. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
