Marina has been a Senior Consultant at Boyden Italy since 2009.

She has been working for over twenty years in the executive search sector, specializing in the financial services practice. She gained significant expertise with primary consultancies and she has always focused her activities on executive search and senior specialists for Italian and foreign banks, financial institutions, foundations and insurance companies. In 2005 she joined a well-regarded boutique firm, where she managed projects mostly related to the financial sector.
 
Marina studied Business Administration at Cattolica University in Milan. She speaks English and French.
