Before joining Boyden in 2009, she was a founding partner of Mindoor Executive Search, a highly-rated boutique firm, based in Milan, Italy.

Claudia´s previous experiences include positions in a number of leading international executive search firms where she dealt with the development of professional services, information technology and telecommunications practices. During her career, she has been responsible for client management and search projects at both the domestic and international level.

Claudia has been interested in coaching for several years, taking part in a number of specific seminars and courses. Within the Human Capital Services division, she manages targeted projects of individual corporate coaching.

Claudia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Milan. She speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
